LCIE - Bureau Veritas Acquires Actions Mesures
Fontenay-Aux-Roses, France – 25 April 2005 - LCIE - Bureau Veritas, the French testing laboratory and Certification Body, announces the acquisition of Actions Mesures, branch of SMEE, a French laboratory delivering services for security testing, CE Marking and EMC compliance (electromagnetric compatibility).
Founded in 1984, Actions Mesures specializes in offering a wide range of technical services including: testing for product safety, evaluations for civil and sectorial EMC compliance. As part of LCIE - Bureau Veritas, Actions Mesures will be able to provide their clients, mainly based around the Rhône-Alpes area; South-East of France, with a broader range of certification services and larger access to international markets.
