Korean EMC Testing Coming Soon to Curtis-Straus in Littleton, MA

LITTLETON
, MA – March 21, 2006 -- Curtis-Straus LLC (A Bureau Veritas Company), an industry leader in providing testing services for a wide range of electrical products, is pleased to announce that the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) has granted a scope expansion to CSL for Korean ITE EMC standards.  See http://www.a2la.org/scopepdf/1627-01.pdf

 

We have been accredited for the following standards: 

  • RRL Notice No. 2005-82: Technical Requirements for EMI
  • RRL Notice No. 2005-130: Technical Requirements for Susceptibility
  • KN22: Information Technology Equipment
  • And Various KN61000-4-X immunity standards 

Curtis-Straus will be able to test for Korea at Littleton, Massachusetts when NIST acts on our application for Conformity Assessment Body nomination.  Action is expected in April.  Contact your Curtis-Straus account representative to discuss your upcoming Korean EMC project today.
