Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services recognized for PTCRB Award of Excellence 2022

Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services is pleased to announce that two wireless laboratories have obtained the PTCRB Award of Excellence for the outstanding performance at PTCRB in 2022. This is the fourth year that Bureau Veritas' Taiwan laboratory has received an outstanding performance award from the PTCRB.

Established in 1997 by North American Mobile Network Operators, the PTCRB provides a certification program for wireless devices supporting GERAN (GSM), UTRAN, E-UTRAN (LTE), and 5G NR technologies. PTCRB certification is based on standards developed by 3GPP, OMA, and other SDO's recognized by the PTCRB.

Bureau Veritas obtained the award based on the laboratory's testing capabilities, quantity and quality of certified products, and contributions to establishing the most competitive testing facility for LTE technologies and critically the latest 5G NR products. Since 2011, Bureau Veritas' wireless laboratory has been a PTCRB-authorized laboratory, provides full testing capabilities for 5G and 4G LTE, and offers comprehensive wireless conformance testing services to help clients comply with PTCRB, GCF, Wi-Fi Alliance®, and Bluetooth® SIG requirements.

As a leading provider of wireless device testing, certification, and international approval management services, Bureau Veritas is honored to receive this award again from PTCRB, for providing comprehensive and innovative testing services as well as technical contributions.
